2 - Privacy and Personal Data

Personal Data is considered to be any information, of any nature, related to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject), directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identification number or to more specific elements of their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity. 3 - Collection of Personal Data

Velongate, Unipessoal Lda collects data by phone, in writing, or through its website, with the consent of the customer. As a rule, personal data is collected when the Customer enters into a purchase and sale contract with the company. Some personal data is mandatory, and in the absence or insufficiency of such data, Velongate, Unipessoal Lda will not be able to enter into the contract in question. In each specific case, Customers will be informed of the mandatory nature of providing personal data. 6 - Responsibility for the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Velongate, Unipessoal Lda is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data from clients and users in order to ensure their protection, which conditions access to certain services, such as the entry of a password or access code, allowing for the reinforcement of control and security mechanisms.
